There wasn't really anything that I could find online in regards to a definitive answer for this, so I thought I would ask here. I am trying to do a upload file and drag & drop file but only the upload file was successfully and the drag & drop did not function and I cant figure it out.

I am a SharePoint Administrator in the tenant with Full Control access to everything, so I don't believe that permissions are the issue, just that the functionality doesn't exist.
